People are understandably reluctant to accept friend requests from
people they don't know well in real life. But what if a classmate,or
someone else you are close to in real life,
decides to ignore your friend request? There is a way out.

After your personal "period of grace" has expired,simply go to the
bottom of the
person's profile page and click CANCEL FRIEND REQUEST. He/she will
have one less friend request on his/her home page.You have
effectively removed your name from his/her dustbin of "unwanted
friend requests" .

If (s)he has a rethink later,(s)he will be the one to send you a
friend request.

THE BIRTHDAY PARTY
Alice Abram is her mother's only child in a polygamous family. Her
mother pampers her to a fault. She is already sneaking out to
overnight parties as a 19-year-old secondary school dropout in
Olorunda Village,with her mother's connivance.

She is later sent to Kajola to live with her maternal uncle James,who
gets her a job as a receptionist at Lancelot's Ltd. Along the
line,she acquires four boyfriends: Frederick,Femi Roberts,Chief Lawson
and Alhaji Sidiq. After quarrelling with her uncle,she moves into a
flat rented for her by Chief Lawson,who visits her once a month with
plenty of advance notice.

Alice organises a birthday party sponsored by all the four boyfriends.
A fracas ensues at dancing time among the four men and their friends
over who dances with her. The shame forces her out of town,without
informing any of her relatives.

THE NEXT ATTEMPT

In Lagos,Alice stays with her school friend Ngozi until she meets and
marries Yemi Robinson. She reconciles with her family.

Alice becomes panicky a few months into the marriage when she didn't
get pregnant. This is understandable considering her past. The couple
keeps running from pillar to post until Yemi gets tired of the stress
and secretly has a child by Chinyere Okonkwo. Alice faints on hearing
the news from Ngozi and is discovered to be pregnant at the hospital.

Indecent dressing.

What is indecent dressing? By my definition, it is wearing clothes that are not appropriate for a particular occasion or situation. It is not indecent to go naked in the bathroom,in the  labour room  or in the bedroom with your partner. On the other hand,some clothes are not made for the sitting room, let alone the streets, such as the ones in these  pictures. The case of the bride is even more shocking.Some clothes are decent only as underwear,nighties, pinafores,etc.                         
The way you dress is the way you will be addressed. This makes me wonder why some women dress indecently in the name of fashion. Why should a bride go half-naked to the altar when some prostitutes wear hijabs to fool the Shariah Police? (http://news.onlinenigeria.com/templates/?a=351). If a man says he likes seeing you in skimpy dresses, he is not the man for you. He is a pimp. Would he encourage his sisters to dress like that? Tell him he
would look superb
in
transparent trousers and
watch
his reaction. He should lead by example. Men dress decently even when they are devils inside. Note the sharp contrast in dressing between the couple above.Don't be anybody's fool.
  NOTE:Some skimpy clothes could be worn outside decently under jackets,as pinafores ,etc. Others should be confined to the bedroom for your man's eyes only. Don't  flaunt what you cannot afford to give out freely to everyone , or it will be forcibly snatched from you and you will have yourself to blame.

PARTING SHOT

It is also possible to dress indecently without meaning to. A knee-length skirt or dress can expose your thighs when you have to bend down to pick something or climb up a staircase. Some otherwise-decent blouses expose your cleavage when you bend down.It is advisable to bend down when trying on new clothes at the boutique before paying for them.

A first impression is often the only impression.

Accept yourself

I am yet to meet someone who is totally satisfied with his or her looks. If you are depressed over a physical feature or two, consider the facts below:

*There is no perfect body shape. Everybody is beautiful in his/her own way. Throughout human history, there have been varying standards of beauty. However, I am yet to hear of a set of people who died single because their looks differed from the ideal look of their time. On the other hand,some beauty queens are accused of sleeping with the judges by those who do not consider them attractive enough.NO MATTER WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE, YOU CANNOT APPEAL TO EVERYBODY OR TO NOBODY.

*The best way to overcome body image problems is to observe other people in your leisure time. You will discover that everyone has his/her own assets and liabilities in the looks department. Also,what you dislike about yourself is often envied by others!

*Search Yahoo,Google ,etc for the record-holder in that area you are worried about and you will feel better. * Learn to dress right for your body type instead of blindly following what is in vogue.

* Don't impersonate others. If you wear false breasts and hips, men who like your real body type will keep
away. Those who love big breasts and hips will run after you and dump you when they discover the real you (in bed ). Some women are dumped by one man after another for this deception.Remember, you can never appeal to everybody or to nobody. Be yourself in order to attract the right person. Bye for now.

1. Sex is not synonymous with love. There is sex without love between prostitutes and their customers, and between rapists and their victims.
