Words of wisdom

Permit me to give you these words of wisdom sent to me. It will also be a great blessing to you. Please read and meditate on them.

1. Never depend on a single income. Make investments to create a second source of income.

2. If you buy things you do not need, soon you will have to sell off the things you need.

3. Do not save what is left after spending, but spend what is left after saving.

4. Never test the depth of a river with both feet.

5. Do not put all your eggs in one basket.

6. Honesty is a very expensive gift. Do not expect it from cheap people.

7. If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present. The past is a waste paper. The present is a newspaper and the future is a question paper.

8. When bad things happen in your life, you have three choices: let them define you, let them destroy you or  let them strengthen you.

9. Empty pockets teach you a million things in life but full pockets spoil you in a million ways.

10. Our eyes are in the front because it is more important to look ahead than to look back.

11. We used  pencils when we were small but now we use pens. Do you know why? It's because mistakes in childhood can be erased but not now.So read and write carefully. Otherwise, life will be a tissue paper.

I hope you have benefitted. Please, let others benefit too.

How to operate two Whatsapp accounts on the same phone

When you download and install Whatsapp into your smartphone, you can
use only one account (or number) at any given time on the app. You can
change your phone number on the same account or delete the account (to
set up a new account with another number).

To use 2 Whatsapp accounts on the same phone, download and install
"Dual Space - multiple accounts" into your smartphone. The app allows
you to clone Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, etc so you can have 2
copies of each app on your phone. Open the app, tap "Whatsapp" and
wait for Whatsapp to be cloned and opened. Follow the usual procedure
for setting up a new Whatsapp account ( opening the Dual Space
Whatsapp, entering a new phone number, entering the verification code
sent to the phone number,etc).

Your 1st Whatsapp account can be accessed on Whatsapp and your 2nd
account on Dual Space's Whatsapp.

NOTE: Your Whatsapp SIM can be in another phone (for
calls, messages, etc) without affecting your Whatsapp account use on
your smartphone. You can use any SIM's data to operate the Whatsapp
account .

The easy solution to farmer-herdsmen clashes

Agriculture is the planting of crops and rearing of animals. Even if
there are enough white-collar jobs to go round and we all get 6-digit
salaries, we would all starve without agriculture. Imagine getting to
the market and meeting only fellow salary earners but no food to buy.
The farmer-herdsmen clashes are therefore highly unfortunate and
should be eradicated before everybody runs to Libya. How will young
people be encouraged to stay here and farm in an atmosphere of danger?

There is an easy solution to the problem. Cattle are reared in ranches
in developed countries and they produce more meat and milk than our
cattle.

The money used for buying AK-47 rifles should be used to buy lawn
mowers, fuel (to power them) and trucks (for transporting grass).
Herdsmen should leave their cattle in ranches and go around in trucks
with mowers to cut weeds and grasses, pile them into their vehicles
and transport them to their cattle. For example, school football
fields and the space between the lanes of dual carriageways across
Nigeria contain plenty of grass to be mowed for cattle. (Herding
cattle across expressways to eat the grass can obstruct traffic and
cause terrible accidents). I'm sure all these cost less than an AK-47
rifle.

Who will not be pleased at finding his farm (or house surroundings)
weeded free of charge without a single crop trampled or eaten? (The
herdsmen will also be getting free grass in return). On the other
hand, cattle bred in one place put on more flesh and produce more
milk (like European cows) than cows herded around which burn up what
they eat as they walk about from place to place. They will also be
better guarded in ranches against cattle rustlers than in the open
forests. So it is a win-win situation for both parties.

Only humans can differentiate between crops and weeds; cows and other
animals can't. No matter how much you beat them into order, some of
them will still eat or trample on crops.

We need both meat and crops in this country. Let's put on our thinking
caps and prove to Donald Trump that we are not a "shithole country".

JOKE OF THE DAY: Every wedding has objectors.

Nobody is perfect. There is no wedding that doesn't have objectors. Every married couple was just lucky that none of the objectors heard of their wedding plans until it was too late.   Wedding banns are normally proclaimed in churches or pasted on registry notice boards. Also, the couple-to-be would give out their invitation cards (which include only their surnames and other names but no photos) to their friends , co-workers, etc about a month or two in advance.   Imagine a prospective groom or bride posting the notice in the photo below on Facebook 2 months to the wedding date.   I'm sure the couple's Facebook inboxes will be full of objections within a week. There is no adult male or female who has not broken some hearts before getting married. Even a virgin couple would have offended some people in other ways (e.g. by turning down their advances) and would be lied against , using a pseudonym Facebook account.
