How to fix "Process system isn't responding " on a Tecno Y2 phone.

" Process system isn't responding. Close it?" is an error message
common on Android phones. The worst scenario is when it appears while
your phone is booting before getting to the standby mode. Choosing OK
or WAIT results in further booting without getting to the standby
mode. This continues indefinitely until you switch off your phone by
removing and replacing the battery in the phone. What next? Throw away
the phone?

Here is the way out. Remove your memory card and SIM cards from your
phone before carrying out the steps below (to avoid losing all the
data on them).

1. Press the Power and Volume buttons simultaneously for at least 10
seconds until the "Factory mode" appears.

2. Press the Volume Down button (i.e. the lower half of the Volume
button) to scroll down to "Reboot". Then press the Power button to
select it.

3. If the error message appears again, repeat step 1 and select "Clear
WWC" this time.

4. Wait for your phone to be formatted. It will open normally to the
standby mode and all the apps that came with the phone will be
retained.

Apps you downloaded and installed yourself will all be gone. Think
well before deciding which app to download and install again. Not
every app featured on Google Play Store is safe. Check reviews well
before downloading an app into your phone.

Insert your memory card and SIM cards back into your phone. Your
calendar notes and contacts (if previously saved into your Google
account) will reappear once you sign in again into the Google account.
